Scope and Process
A Confirmation Statement is more than a declaration that nothing has changed. The company must review its registered office, officers, PSC information, share structure, shareholders and SIC codes at least once every 12 months. Information that is incorrect or out of date may require a separate update before the statement is filed.
Register information is reviewed for the relevant period, with any required updates completed before the CS01 is filed.
- Review of the confirmation date and filing deadline
- Check of registered office, directors and secretary information
- Review of PSC and shareholder information
- Check of share capital and SIC codes
- Identification of updates required before filing
- CS01 preparation, Companies House submission and acceptance tracking

We confirm the company's confirmation date, review period and the 14-day filing window.
Verification of company information

Pre-filing updates and submission
